okay i just got a sentinel as a gift and I'm switching over to GK, so I was wondering what I should build and paint it as to get the most money for it?

If you are going to sell it on regardless, NIB generally is better than built and painted (unless you are a pro painter).

You could also try taking it into your local GW and saying that it was bought for you as a gift and seeing if you could exchange it for some GK's.
