Was playing yesterday and my BA opponent wanted to disembark an IC from a rhino move the rhino 10 then disembark the unit of 5. We couldn't find any rules to say he could quickly so he didn't do it but I wanted to ask if that would be legal by the rules and what page to find it on.

Thanks.

Yes you can do this.

The IC is a separate unit, so disembarking is their movement for that turn. The squad inside are now a separate unit, and as per the IC rules dont have to disembark with the IC - and so you can now move the rhino and disembark them at the end.

Legal.

Been out of the game for awhile, trying to find time to get back into it.

Page 67, main rulebook, ICs embarking and disembarking. Quite legal.

The IC could move in the movement phase if the IC disembarked before the Rhino moved.

As it is written in the Codex, so shall it be.
