Odd as it may sound to say this but drop some boyz!

Burnas without a vehicle really aren't worth it IMO. Neither are Ard Boyz. With regard to th special weapons, a) never mix within a squad and b) depending on the list type, leave them at home. With a green tide list you want to be running towards the enemy, so you won't be shooting anyways.

My advice is to switch the burnas to lootas, drop the ard boyz, distribute the 10 boy squad between the other units and invest in some dedicated anti-tank, such as a tl rokkit buzzsaw kopta

drop the ard part of the ard boys, and just have boys, they are always ebtter off, sure a 4 plus is nice but its4 points vs 6 points for another boy

I'd also drop the big shootas in favor of rokkits if you insist on having heavy guns in there... personally i prefer a green tide to just run every turn so they'd be wasted btu that up to you

I'd also drop the burnas, they are fun but any goo dplayer will destroy them before they can get anywhere. I'd replace them with lootas. also as with any green tide for strategy sake a big mek with kff might be a more logical hq choice since everybody would get a cover save on the slog up

also you really woudl want to give the nobs in the boys groups boss poles, boss poles help out alot

I agree with dropping the ard boys. Max out your boys units, they will work bettr, last longer and do more damage. Take lootas over burnas. Nobs should have cybork or evy armour or both.
A mek with KFF may work better for a foot slogging army.

What are your thoughts on using some battlewagons. You could have 3x20 boys units and one nob squad mounted in 4 battlewagons.

^ foot slog to battlewagon bash... hard to fit in 1250 btu bw bash is fun gets the boys in fast, the kff 4+ cover save makes them last a good bit and if you have the pointss to throw a deff rolla or 2 in you can have rolla fun after the boys are dropped off

Hmm, well I would agree with what most of the people above said. Burnas without a transport will get killed pretty quickly. So, better to change for Lootas. Also, Ammo runt on a Warboss is a waste of points. If you're going Green Tide (which I think is an awesome option at 1250 pts), you may want to consider dropping the nobz too. Nobz in a Green Tide have a big SHOOT ME sign hanging over their heads. Odds are, they'll get shot to death before they get where their going. Plus, for those 385 pts, you could get 2 more squads of 20 boyz, or even a squad of 30 boyz and still have some points left over for extra stuff.

I dont really want to use battle wagons as they are expensive but I am thinking about using some Deffkoptas with TL Rokkit Launchas and a Buzz saw for Anti tank

I'd throw cybork bodies on the nobz sooner than eavy armor but thats just me

Another couple things to keep in mind. Mixing special weapons in any unit is usually a bad thing. It just means that you might be able to do something well, but probably not because there is no shot redundancy. If you really want to run special weapons with the boyz squads (something I would advise against so you can run your units) don't mix them.

I would also suggest maxing out the boyz squads and adding bosspoles for added survivability. 30 boy squads are infinitely better than 20 boy squads
