Can't say its particularly scary, those Incubi + 2 characters are incredibly expensive and are the only assault threats in the list so the chances of getting more than 1 turn of movement with those Raiders is non existent. They aren't that hard to kill once you drop the Raiders either, 3+ saves are nice but T3 means you still get shredded by bolters.
On a more detailed level; Drazhar is terrible, for 10 pts more you could take Vect who is superior in every way.
That Archon is waiting to die. If you want a low cost fighty HQ then take a Succubus who fills that role better and cheaper, otherwise take the Shadowfield so you don't get squashed as soon as you hit combat.
Taking every upgrade on the Incubi makes no sense as well, I'm pretty sure Drazhar comes with all the Klaivex powers so you can easily cut one of them. The Bloodstone is a waste of points, most of the time you are going to want to fleet to get into assaults and you can already shred Marines in combat so there is really no point bothering with it.
Those Wyches aren't going to do much, you need scoring units alive so you can't go around chasing vehicles with them, and with only 5 Haywires you chances of doing damage to a moving vehicle isn't great. The Venoms are nice, but you would almost be better off with Raiders simply because you need as much anti tank as you can get.
Imo for Incubi to be effective they need some other assault threads to draw fire away from them, Beastmasters are probably the most obvious choice but a Court of the Archon, big units of Hellions or massed Wyches could work as well. Whenever possible you want to start them with a Pain Token as well, FNP turns them from a unit which gets shredded by small arms to a unit which can just about ignore it. I would also never take expensive characters with Incubi, its just too many points tied up in a single units (aboard a flying paper plane ...).
So yeah, I reckon it needs some work.
