How does this sound for a 750pts army list. So much pwnage!!!!

HQ:

Lord Kaldor Draigo 275pts

Elites:

Vindicare Assasin 110pts

Troops

Paladin Squad (three members) 165pts
Upgrades: 3x Falchions 15pts
3x Master Crafted Weapons 15pts
2x Incinarators 10pts
Total: 205pts

Paladin Squad (two members) 110pts
Upgrades: 2x Incinarator 10pts
2x Falchions 10pts
2x Master Craft Weapons 10pts
Total: 140pts

Grand total: 730pts

How evil! all i do is hold my vindicare back to kick the crap out of any vehicles (4D6 on vehicles with special round on armour penatration) and my paladins with draigo maul any infantry scattered about the board! this tactic probably wouldn't work in bigger games but when the paladins all have 2 wounds and draigo has 4 not much can take them down apart from vehicles which will be destroyed by the vindicare!!! and since it is AP1 it destroys on 4+!!! Can anyone suggest how to make this better or find any flaws?

i think you guys are right. i think i will fix the point by going back to my origonal army list. draigo and the paladins as one squad then a sqaud of terminators with incinarators as my second troop choice. then i have a little more bulk to my force and i get to keep it as an entire army of 2+ saves which i think is pretty fun. i know you guys will say its noobish cause of the expensive HQ but i am just using this as a building block for a bigger army. also, what do you guys think of jokaero weaponsmith? and sorry about the points mistake. took the stuff off another website cause i didn't have my codex at that point but i got it back now so everything is good good.

All i need now is something to take out the enemy vehicles.
Maybe i should replace the terminators with a purgation squad... What do you guys think?

My nid army is better cause i have been playing with them for longer so i will post that soon and you guys can tell me how you would beat it. (apart from with grey knights cause i already know they would own my nids, need to reconfigure...) that way i can adapt to be better and then no one can stop me!!!

And after reading about them i am begining to think assasins are just not worth their points in 750 games. I will save them for 1500-3000 i think. and how does the vindicare exodus rifle work? cause it does not mention any strength...

If you read my earlier post you would know that i did not have my codex while writing this list. plus i am pretty new to warhammer and came on this forum for help writing this army list... i don't actually own the assasin i am asking for help writing it...

And all you people just saying "this list sucks" or "only seven models", I am sorry but get lost. The point in this post was help making a super cheesy army list for the grey knights, not for people to come on say it sucks and just leave it at that!

And as for my grammer I am sorry. I was kind of in a hurry to write the post cause i was doing it in a local library that was closing soon and i wanted to get the post done quickly.

I also said that i was going to change it to draigo, paladins and terminators instead of the assasin. Why do people read the first post and then comment without even looking at the rest. I know now that the assasin was a stupid idea, I just chose it cause it seemed to be good for taking out vehicles with the turbo penatrator. I am trying to write this list like i did with my Tyranid list. I come up with ideas then try them out. See what works and use it. I just thought with this list i would ask people more experienced than me on this forum.

To be honest, i couldn't care less if your army could beat it or these guys could beat it or anything like that. What use is that to anyone? If you post something like that then tell me why they would win and what you think i should do to my list to help with it! Otherwise, no offence, but your just being a dick...

Ok i get where you are coming from but i still don't understand why people do stuff like that. If you think the list is stupid, fair enough, but i don't get why people cant just say don't use paladins, use ... instead. I know you must be annoyed with "newbies" like me on forum sites but there is no need to just post "this list sucks". It is of no use to anyone as I have said before. The point in this is to help make a cheesy army list not just critisize the base list i have come up with...

Listen to me very carefully. I don't know alot about warhammer. I came on this site to find out about Warhammer. I have no idea what would make a good army list for Grey Knights. I came on this forum to find out what would make a good army for Grey Knights. You are not helping. If you don't have anything helpful to say, don't post here. I know what you mean when you say i am far off. but the whole point in this was to get help with a Grey Knights army. I don't know how else i can say it. There is just no need to talk like that...

I'm sorry. Its just that all these folk just saying it sucks and nothing else just got me worked up and then you were posting stuff while i was still typing and stuff. It was my fault and I am sorry for that and i know it is against the Forum rules to get aggressive but when people are making fun of me or what i wrote i just try to stand up for myself. So thank you both for the helpful stuff and I was wondering, with the Hammerhand thing you were talking about. would they all be in the same squad and then all use hammerhand as many times as they could? i did not know you could do that... sounds awesome.

I think it sounds as if you haven't read the points cost for Vindicare Assassins properly, nor have you read the Paladin entry regarding special weapons either...

Fair enought the vindicare was off but i am pretty sure it is only 5pts per Incinerator. Or is it that you only get 2 weapons per 5 Paladins..

Yeah I havn't had much time to read it. Been Studying for exams unfortunatly. Most of what i read was the background and the info on the Models that I had. But i had a skim over the page on the librarian and he looks pretty good. Another problem is money, i am only 15 so i don't have much of it and no-one is hiring these days so i was looking for a cost effective army aswell as a powerful one (maybe asking for a bit much)

It is just the assassin I don't have. I bought the termies and Draigo on the day they came out and the codex the next week. i do get quite alot of disposable income i just don't have enough for metals cause for the cash you pay I don't think they are that great unless you get a full brood and i will probably never play with a full brood cause i usually only play 750pts and I already have 2000pts of nids which is why I wanted to get the grey knights. At Christmas i got 1500pts of nids so when it comes to my birthday in august i will get a hell of alot of grey knights. i just wanted to do an army list now so i knew in advance what i could do with the forces I got. I am using pocket money and stuff to build up a reasnoble force before i get the main bulk of my force.

Sounds good its just i like to have a general idea of how to play the faction and then decide where i want to organise the main bulk of my force. Another thing i was looking at is dreadknights. Since i got a carnifex and 2 trygons for my christmas i am expecting at least 1 dreadknight so in your experiance, what works best for weapons. Or should i use some green stuff to try and magnetize them?

I have revised my list and am going to wait until my B-day to get it, what do you think of thsi:

I also Had a few other variants. The other main one would have a storm raven and 3 jokaero instead of the land raider. what do you think, not sure myself but i have a few other lists aswell. Another was the same HQ and troops with purifiers for elites still but 2 intercepter squads in fast attack. lots of varients but those were my main choices.

Sounds good, and maybe i can use the points to get more special weapons like halberds and then get more psybolt ammo. That way i can have my stike squads doing some serious damage from 24" then charging up as the main attack force. I will put the Purifiers in the land raider with the inquisitor and use the assault ramp with smoke launchers for cover...
