KR multicase.

The cheapest kind are GW tray sized, and come in a cardboard box.
They are stackable, and there are even packs that come with a carrybag for multiples of the card cases.

Otherwise, any seal able case with a thin layer of foam between model layers will do the job. I've got Sabol trays, KR trays, GW cases, Chessex cases with trays in them.

Most of the stuff goes into duffel bags for storage in transit (if I'm moving house).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Dirt Cheap- Egg Crate Foam and a Cardboard Box

I found this online, it'd probably work for a move or until you can pick up something more permanent.

If you can get them in Australia, I'd go with a Plano 1404 or a similar cheap 4 pistol or rifle case. I'm in the process of switching all my miniatures into these cases.
