i would definitely drop the holo fields and 2 dragons. don't know about war walkers though, i don't really care for them.

You don't have the stopping power for uber combat characters. It's a really nice keep away army and it's pretty fast you might avoid anything massively nasty in combat, But i'd put consideration into Mind War for the Farseer. It's great for sniping off characters without having to 'deal' with them in combat.

Also no FD exarch? Crack shot is too good to pass up with every rhino and his mother claiming cover saves.

Wallkers might be nice but you gotta have them holo fields. and i'd try and maybe put stones on the Prisms too they are your heavy hitters in this list without them i'd worry.

Other than that looks quite nice, very hit and run.

ya the goal of the list is to try to stay clear of close combat as much as possible, mind war might be a good way to harass
and the exarch crack shot is something i didn't consider might drop the Fire Dragons to a 6 man squad and add a exarch with crack shot

No! The exarch is most definitely not worth it. A five man fire dragon squad gets the job done. The last thing you want is to sink extra points into a squad that's going to die the turn after they destroy their target. If you take war walkers, dont put on holofields. Even with them they die too easily and it would be a massive point sink (actually, I don't even think walkers can take holofields?). I would definitely go with your original plan. However, I would move the brightlance from the fd serpent to a DA serpent so you don't put all of your anti-tank in one unit (besides your naked prisms).
Good luck

Put your Bright Lance on a different Serpent - keep the Dragon Wagon cheap. That way it will make your enemy have to either target a different unit or spread their shots out more. Drop 2 of the dragons, and add an EML on one of the DA transports. The Dragon transport should have a Scatter Laser at most.

Everything else is solid, although you might want to look at some Jetbikes or maybe adding Eldrad. He brings a lot to the table at higher point games.

Think i might just go with a 5 man fire dragon squad and maybe drop the holo feilds to add a 2nd farseer with mind war just to harass with

Mind War can't be used out of a serpent, its a shooting attack and we have no firing points. Read: useless. Stick with doom or guide, depending on the role. Doom 90% of the time.

Crack shot on fire dragons is a terrible, terrible idea. Its 17 points for almost no gain - you're better off taking an extra model. At the end of the day, 5 dragons will get the job done 9 times out of 10, for minimum cost.

Dire Avengers with bladestorm is a tricky subject. I personally dislike them, I find they only perform well when you have 2 sqauds of bladestorming avengers shooting one doomed unit. At the end of the day, their shooting is comparable to double-scatter war walkers (24 S6 shots for 180 points, your 10 avenger squads are 32 S4 shots for 152 points plus transport) and you need to risk your scoring troops to deliver their payload. I'd stick to 5-man vanilla squads for 60 points to keep them cheap, and lock the door on their serpent.

ELDAR BRICKS - build your army from the ground up!
5 avengers, TL EML serpent - 180 points
5 dragons, TL cannon serpent - 180 points
3 walkers, double scatter lasers - 180 points

Mix and match today! 5 squads of any type is 900! Buy 7 for 1260! In any sub-2k game, these are your power units, with prisms/night spinners becoming better than walkers around the 1500 mark from experience.
