The halved armour is really well done, it works perfectly. What makes them look slightly strange is the purple gems/eyes/blood drops, it sits quite badly next to the red armour. Green would have been a better choice colour wise but obviously isn't quite right for the blood drops either so I think a deeper red would look a lot more effective.

Those are looking really cool. Really like the Captains helmet, think the halves works really well, prefer it to gold.
I personally like the purple gems etc, it does work better on the black side, although I still think it works with the red as well.
Nice paint jobs, the halved scheme and purple work nice. For your death company though, maybe paint a red "X" on the robe? Or have you considered black robes with that red "X"? My two cents anyways, it looks good the way you have it too, just seems very dark angel-y to me.
