If a GK army runs two grand masters, does the army benefit from two grand strategies? If yes, then can the benefits be stacked on the same units?

As much as I hate to say it, I'd say yes it stacks so far as you may choose 1d3 units per grandmaster. It could completely get FAQed otherwise, but it reads to me that it would stack. I would also say that being the case, you could choose the same unit twice, giving it a different rule each time. Giving a unit the same rule twice would pretty obviously give no added benefit based on what the GM special rules bestow.
