OK, I have search this site, and cannot find anything that tells how to make a code. I do not see anything special on people's profile like being MODs or paying members. So, for those neo-Ludites amongst us, how for does one do it?

So, in an effort not to seem overly dense. It does not exactly say how to add it to one's signature. Do I just write down all the letters and symbols, then type them as a string in my signature box and Dakka does the rest? It seemed rather vague. I am 41, and looooathe advancing technology (unless a doctor is using it to save my buttocks).
