As a Dark Eldar player, I'm curious what are the best way to deal with Black Templar players in general.
They have huge crusader squads, vicious land raiders with blessed hull, vows, strong in cc, etc.

Out maneuver them, those huge crusader squads have to walk everywhere, and if they come with transport they can be dealt with in the same manner as other marines (albeit ones with re-rolls on failed hits in CC). Also neophytes (scout dudes) in the crusader squad do not get to re-roll failed hits in CC they are not bound by the vow (dreadnaughts are however if I recall correctly). The only way a neophyte will get to re-roll in CC is if there is a chaplain attached to the squad in which case they can re-roll on the charge (as per chaplain rules).
You can kite them (crusader squads) around if they don't have a chaplain attached. Any losses they take in the shooting phase require a righteous zeal check (moral check) and if they pass it they move 1D6 (can be modified) towards the nearest enemy unit. If you have some fast units (you're DE so you'd better) you can use this to your advantage and lead them on a merry chase across the board.
Also don't let them charge you, too many attacks that re-roll failed hits. This goes double for any terminator unit, because any BT player worth his salt will give his terminator squad furious charge and a good proportion of LC to TH.
So I would say good use of mobile firepower paired with some precision hard hitting assaults should handle the crusader squads just fine. For the Land Raider remember it’s only the LRC variant that gets blessed hull (If I recall correctly, I’m like 90% sure). And while lance is not as effective against them any other anti armor that you would normally use against AV 14 is.

Lances are gak versus blessed hull, and you need a lot of them to do much of anything. I generally don't burn lance shots on Blessed Hull Raiders until all the other vehicles in the Templar army are wrecks.
Now, Haywire Grenades, those are pretty awesome versus Blessed Hull. Since the Templar player usually has that thing wedged up front you can usually do pretty well in getting a Turn 1 assault off with your Wyches before it has a chance to move and just haywire that sucker into a hole.
Once it starts rolling it's not as easy (as a smart Templar player should be keeping the pedal to the metal), but you can still try the haywire trick.
I'd only recommend most of the above if it's a transport Raider - a shooting Raider can, to a certain extent, just be ignored.
I like Master_fett's calls on dealing with the Templar mobs. Pick a corner, sit in it - shoot the Templar all to gak as they march towards you - when they get close move your entire army flat out to another corner. Rinse/repeat.
In short - be aware of how awesome haywire weaponry is vs. blessed hulls.
And use your speed and mobility versus those slow as sod Beakies to make them look silly.

rerolling to hit isnt everything. Most DE should still be striking first with enough pain to prevent too many rerolls. Blessed hulls are 50% of the reason you take haywire grenades in every list. Unlike monolyths you dont even need to roll a pen as a few immobilized and weapon destroyed will leave it pretty useless in the middle of the field.
One nice thing about the big mobs is that you know you can get stuck in and not be exposed to shooting in the next turn. Incubi love this. Yeah, although they look cool, those huge squads are kind of a liability. Also, remember that RZ is a consolidate move, so it's 'up to D6"', not just 'move D6"'
