In my opinion grey knights biggest strenth is in shooting, so giving a Grand Master a Psycannon is just a given. Rad grenades are cheap and effective. The question comes to the close combat weapon. The Hammer seems to be a waste of his inititive. He all ready has inititive 5 and thus will strike before most things, but I7 with a Halberd would be helpful against some enemies. Having a 3+ invulnerable would be okay with the Sword. An extra attack with Flacions sticks out and I like it.
That being said, what do you all like? Keep in mind I will be sticking him in with a squad of terminators.

I dont really like the psycannon unless I absolutely have free points. I prefer sword (maybe MC it if spare points), rad grenades, and maybe psychotoke grenades for the laughs. I get the GM not for a combat beast but as a support character with his abilities to boost his army while weakening the enemies

Both types of grenades. Halberd isn't too good with him, as he's I5 already. I would go with the sword. As for the psycannon, it's so expensive on him I wouldn't even consider it, to be honest.

Psycannon is rediculously expensive on a Grand Master. Skip it and use the points you save to put double (or more!) psycannons into the rest of your army.
Give him rad, psychotroke, and blind grenades and a weapon of your choice. I'm partial to Falchions, but that comes down to personal preference.

I would add psychotrope and rad grenades, keep the force sword and go.
In my army (When i'm not using draigo...) he's going to be there more for a force multiplier with a squad and grand strategy carrier than direct combat, and given that just the two grenades puts him at 205 points, I would say call it there. Add in a psycannon and falchions and you start getting to the point where you might as well just go use draigo and get +1 WS +1S +1T +1W +1A and mastery 2.
You may also want to consider using a librarian with quicksilver and might of titan to buff your terminators instead of a tricked out GKGM, though the GKGM can give you counter-attack I suppose...hm...Don't really think you can go wrong either way though.

I've had a lot of success with just a basic Grand Master with psychotroke grenades, 3 x servo skulls and sometimes psybolt ammunition. It keeps him still on the cheap-ish side and still can perform for you.

Force sword or Halberds the way to go, though my preference is for the sword since 3++ is nice, and he's I5 anyways. x3 Servos are fun too, plus all the grenades he gets (Rad and Blind nades are a must, psychotroke is a 50/50, pending on points), he makes a pretty nifty force multiplier, especially for a foot/DS list with his psychic communion.
However the psycannon on him is RIDICULOUSLY expensive, even with his BS6, I wouldnt pay that much for one single Psycannon. Nor would I pay for the Psybolt ammo since it's 5 points for only the one model. however the incinerator is not such a bad idea. It's so dirt cheap, and even though you'll be footslogging/DSing most ways if you are gonna take a GM, for that price having a S6 template isnt so bad to thin the enemy ranks.

I take all grenades and 3 servo skulls. Keeps him reasonably cheap (for GKs) but he is just a general buff unit.

While a psycannon is really expensive on a gm he is relentless and bs6. Another fuzzy gk issue is the 2nd roll to hit for bs6+ isn't a reroll, which means odds of missing a shot and the reroll is 1/144.

Chaos isn’t a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail, and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some are given a chance to climb, but refuse. They cling to the realm, or love, or the gods…illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is, but they’ll never know this. Not until it’s too late.

Sadly, anything above bs 5 is counted as a reroll. Lest you be shooting ANOTHER shot, instead of "rerolling" to hit the ones that missed.
If you mastercraft your psycannon (bringing it to a whapping 50 points) and have bs 6, its just generally accepted your not going to be missing enough to worry about it. Bs5 is good enough, so maybe a Bro-C with psycannon for smaller games couuld be good?

That doesn't make any sense my friend ^^. Do you mean a MC BS6 Psycannon? As the others said above 45+ points is ways to expensive on a dude who primarily wants to get into CC. You'll get maybe 1 or 2 rounds of shooting off and for the points you could get 4 psycannons for S-squads or Purifiers instead (8 BS4 Assault/16 H shots > 4 BS6 shots). BS6 isn't a huge increase over BS5 anyways, a 6+ re-roll is quite crappy. You're better off giving the GM some equipment which allows him and his squad to dominate absolutely everything in CC. Give him an Incinerator (a steal for 5 pts. and a must have IMO, it's not like you're giving up an extra attack for 2 CCW or something) for some much needed punch against hordes, Psycho-, blind- and Rad grenades and you'll rule most enemies for 40 pts.
