Has anyone tried any games with these yet?

All it is is making unit icon benefits permanent and including Chaos: Daemons units with a CSM army. It doesn't actually solve any of the legion problems. Namely it doesn't address the fact that your Terminators for example aren't as skilled in combat as a Khorne Beserker for a World Eater army. They won't lose an attack when the stick-holder dies, but they still aren't World Eaters.

On moon miranda.

They're pretty much literally 2 second half thoughts on each Legion army, not really anything to bother with.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

They solve one of my primary problems, including Daemons and Chaos Space Marines in the same army. Also, I would like for the Daemon Prince that is an HQ in the Chaos Space Marines codex to be able to use the options available to the Daemon princes in the heavy support section of the Chaos Daemons codex. And, wait for it...

BRING BACK THE LOST AND THE DAMNED, YOU #^%&$!&$&*$&*!!!

Unfortunately, people at my FLGS would not let me use it, because it is not an official GW product. They are such sheeple.

I think there are balancing problems with it, in that a straight up port of Chaos Daemons has some serious potential to be over-powered, something I found out doing my own 'dex.

One of the balancing factors with the Daemons Codex is not only is their deepstrike less accurate, but they are forced to weather a turn or more of enemy fire; they don't suffer either of these issues in a straight up port into the CSM Codex.

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."

That's pretty much my thoughts as well. It would let me use an army that would be closer to my 3rd/3.5 edition army World Eaters army, and I would finally not have to possess a champion to get a bloodthirster. I'm not actually sure if it's more powerful or not than the current dex, but it does prevent you from taking 3 HQ's though (no more free Summoned Greater Demon).
