I have tried looking up on search but cant find anything.
how far can a stormraven go and the passengers still disembark?
i have been playing it at 12" but on thinking i cant see why it isnt 18" as 18" for a stormraven is not flat out.
whats the answer and what rules apply?

18" for a Storm Raven is flat out. Anything over 12" is flat out.

Anything over 12" is flat out for a fast skimmer.
That being said, yes, its 12". However you cannot move once you disembark if it moves 12" (though can assault as normal)

Fixed that for precision. Also it should be noted that Valkyries/Vendettas have special rules for disembarking while going flat out.

The Stormraven also has special rules for Disembarking while moving. I think its called skies of Blood for the Blood Angels.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe. |
