If a wraithlord (monstorous creature) has 4 weapons. 2 Heavy Weapons and 2 str 4 flamers , can the wraithlord move and shoot all four weapons, or just two?

Which rule takes precedance? Because I would interpret "fulll capacity" as the ability to shoot all 4 weapons.

Is the wraithlord relentless? Don't think so, 2 weapons max and then you can assault.

Just 2. The full capacity refers too rapid fire or even heavy weapons.

I would interpret it as a fluff description of a rule's effect, since 'full capacity' is not a defined game term.

It's not a matter of which rule takes precedence, since they do two different things. Relentless allows them to move and fire... it doesn't address how many weapons can be fired.

So a Relentless MC can move and fire because they are relentless, and can fire two weapons because they are a Monstrous Creature.

The Wraithlord can ONLY fire two weapons (doesn't matter if it is moving or stationary) from the 4 it can carry. Two heavy weapons, both assault weapons, one of each. TWO total.

MC rules state TWO WEAPONS may be fired.
It doesn't get any plainer than that.
