I finished two of the three Rhinos for my Salamanders. Currently they have a coating of satin varnish, I am not sure if i should re-coat them with matte or not. what do you guys think?

C&C would be appreciated

Very nice. Effective use of airbrushing to accentuate the individual panels (least that's what it looks like).

Looks awesome! Could use some grittier weathering.

Thanks and yes, you are correct. These 2 were almost completely painted with an airbrush

I am still trying to make my weathering not look like crap. For some reason i just can't figure out how to make it look good on Salamanders

Looks great! Very nice green. I would use a darker shade to weather around your exhausts - I've heard Vallejo Smoke is excellent for the effect - and second the vote for a grittier weathering. Have you tried dry pigments?

Also, drill the barrels to your storm bolters...

What harm can it do to find out? It's a question that left bruises down the centuries, even more than "It can't hurt if I only take one" and "It's all right if you only do it standing up." Terry Pratchett, Making Money

"Can a magician kill a man by magic?" Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. "I suppose a magician might," he admitted, "but a gentleman never could." Susanna Clarke Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell

I Am not sure if you are trying to show depth with your airbrushing or just working to get 2 colours on the tank. Overall pretty decent, though you look like you are trying to mimic everyone else's "airbrushed" tank look.

I quite like them - although I'd also like to see your storm bolters drilled out, but over all an excellent, clean paintjob!
