That was an amazing video, I applaud the effort you put into it. The music and camera movement was perfect.
Really enjoyed the battle and the well painted armies. I was personally cheering for the Eldar, but it was a glorious battle for both sides. Not really used to so much shooting with so little assaulting though!
Any tactical hindsights on either player side?

Hindsight's... I think I should have gone second. The dice where not really on my side but then they where not with the Templars either... Also I think the Marines played it safe, staying in cover and such. If they had been more aggressive, I would have had to deal with them more and not make them react to me. Starcannons make marines nervous...
as for the Destroyed Markers, all you need is a flameless tealight, pillow stuffing, black spray paint... I'm not the one who came up with this idea... I saw this vid and was inspired...
I'm making more for a Spearhead battle coming up... I think we'll need them.

Places like Hobby Lobby sell packs of battery powered tea lights cheap. Some of them flicker. I have some I was going to use for terrain until I found that they flickered.

Awesome battle report, I agree that the music was a way to get me in the mood for carnage. And the destroyed markers were something to behold for sure. Awesome job to both sides!

Though, with all of humanity united maybe the Emperor would fight Gork and Mork in the background to stop this from happening....
Then humanity wins as Pedro Kantor Falcon Punches the Arch Arsonist so hard into Gazghull that it stuns him long enough for Brother Jarod of the Black Templar(a ven dread who HATES orkz) to throw a barely concious Yarrick powerklaw first into his face.

This is... quite possibly... the coolest gaming aid I've ever seen.
Need to run out to Wal Mart... holy crap is that cool.
