There's no need for a poll IMO as that's the mathematical answer at the models normal prices.

You can build a grey knights army for a relatively low cost.
It's going to suck, but you can take draigo and a few squads of paladins for 1500 points haha.
You could also make a necron army but they are on the horizon for an update so you should wait for that, nothing is like buying an army and having the usefulness of your units change.

SM, Buy the Black Reach box for about 80-90ish USD. You can get roughly 700 points of SM from it if you upgrade all the troops. Includes dice, rules, templates...measuring stick( lol).

Kharn + two Chaos Battle Forces where the contents are all turned into Khorne Berserkers. This can easily give you a good themed 1500 force for about 230 CAD (before taxes). May be a little more feasable than running Draigowing.
