The Tyrant goes into the bullstar, while the BSB goes into the Ironguts.
I'm not expecting any tournament wins with it, but I'm looking for casual game fun.

I don't think this would be fun for a casual game, or effective either... if I knew I was facing it, I'd bring at least 4 units of hounds and block the deathstar the whole game, while trying to get big magic off on it. Even if I didn't know I was facing it, I'd have 2 units... which angled correctly would mean you wouldn't be able to get to combat until turn 4 at best (1 move, 2 charge of hounds and reform, 3 charge hounds and reform, 4 charge me if I've been stupid enough to get close) and more likely turn 5, 6, or never. I certainly wouldn't engage it... so you'd have a game of keep away.
With your lack of any magic or shooting, there'd be nothing keeping me from putting this plan into effect. That, and your Irongut unit is some Really low-hanging fruit. I'd do everything I could to take it out while feeding the deathstar cheap fodder units, and likely get a win just with the points from the ironguts (and BSB if you put him there).
I think you'd do better splitting the bulls in two, maybe trying to add a few numbers to the ironguts if you can find the points, and getting a few small units of your own (perhaps a gorger).

Yeah, no mages at all is suicide. if you really want to do damage with ogres the thundermace is good, just take unit champs. last time my opponent took the thundermace vs me i just kept him pinned in a challenge with a lord with a 4+ ward who kept bouncing it.
Ogres can be absolutely devastating under the new rules, but to be honest really small games dont favour them as you really want a bsb, mage and a tyrant and you cant fit all that in 1ks allowance.

Blocking 6 wide ogres isn't as easy as it sounds.
The 240mm (almost 10") of front lets the ogre player line up on small units with a lot of space hanging out to one side or the other for an over-run.
Ogre death stars should include a character with the stubborn helm; you don't want 85% of your army fleeing thanks to getting hit in the flank.
I wouldn't call a list like this fun to play against.
If you did want something like this:
Tyrant: stubborn crown, tenderizer, mawseeker, dragonbane gem, heavy armor.
BSB: heavy armor, dragon helm, long sword, mawseeker, 5+ ward.
Butcher: ironcurse icon, wyrdstone necklace
20 Bulls, Standard and Bellower, look out gnoblar (had 5 points left)
20 gnoblars
8 trappers
That list has 1410 point in the death star, and 88 points in the two other units. Trappers scout to the safest spot they can find.
Butcher tries for regen on the death star, giving the two characters 2+ wards vs flaming, or Regen, making them pretty tough.
Tyrant has stubborn crown so if flanked, the unit doesn't vap.

Need at least 3 units to have a legal list.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
