Oh yeah. The ability to come on from ANY table edge via snikrot's ambush is gold. Attach an IC to them and suddenly you have a very sneaky warboss!!!

Feasting on the souls of unworthy opponents

Their utility depends on the kind of armylist that you're using.

What's the rest of your army consist of?

Attach Ghazzy to the Kommandos, watch your opponent's disbelief.

I know you can do that. Not sure how viable it is, but hey.

They should work fine for taking out annoying shooty units in your opponent's backfield which you'd otherwise would have a hard time reaching.

You also should put the burnaz in the battlewagon with Ghazghkull and hide the 15 lootaz somewhere in cover.

When you go on to buy your next models you'd have to decide whether you get more battlewagons to put your boyz in, or invest in some killa kanz and keep your boyz on foot. Battlewagons and walking boyz don't mix well.

It is not viable at all, on top of that your opponent might throw a fit about it.
You shouldn't give bad advice to new players.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

I recommend throwing a normal warboss outside of mega armor instead.

Also, even without snikrot, kommandos work excellently against shooty armies, with dual burnaz.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.
