I decided to find a way where I could get GK terminators to work, so here's what I'm looking at:

GK Librarian 235
Psychic Mastery Level 3
Mastercrafted Nemesis Force Sword
2xServo Skull
Might of Titan
Quicksilver
The Shrouding
The Summoning
Hammerhand

Vindicare Assassin 145

GK Terminator Squad 485
1 Justicar w/Falchions
1 Terminator w/Falchions, Brotherhood Banner
2 Terminator w/Falchions
1 Terminator w/Daemonhammer
2 Terminator w/Psycannon and Nemesis Force Sword
3 Terminator w/Storm Bolter and Nemesis Force Sword

Grey Knight Strike Squad 130
1 Justicar w/Storm Bolter, Nemesis Force Sword
1 Grey Knight w/Psycannon
4 Grey Knight w/Storm Bolter, Nemesis Force Sword

Rhino 40

Grey Knight Strike Squad 130
1 Justicar w/Storm Bolter, Nemesis Force Sword
1 Grey Knight w/Psycannon
4 Grey Knight w/Storm Bolter, Nemesis Force Sword

Rhino 40

Grey Knight Strike Squad 130
1 Justicar w/Storm Bolter, Nemesis Force Sword
1 Grey Knight w/Psycannon
4 Grey Knight w/Storm Bolter, Nemesis Force Sword

Rhino 40

Storm Raven 205
Twin-linked Lascannon
Twin-linked Multi-Melta

Dreadnought 135
2xTwin-linked Autocannon
Psybolt Ammunition

Dreadnought 135
2xTwin-linked Autocannon
Psybolt Ammunition

Anyway, the basic idea is that the GK terminator squad always combat squads to break down as such:

Group 1
1 Justicar w/Falchions
1 Terminator w/Falchions, Brotherhood Banner
2 Terminator w/Falchions
1 Terminator w/Daemonhammer

Group 2
2 Terminator w/Psycannon and Nemesis Force Sword
3 Terminator w/Storm Bolter and Nemesis Force Sword

Group 1 hangs with the Librarian and uses the Stormraven for transport. With the Falchions (assuming you go with the +2 attacks based on the reading in YMDC), there are 4 terminators assaulting with 6 power weapon attacks (2 base + 1 for Falchions + 1 for offhand weapon + 1 for Brotherhood Banner + 1 for charging) each and a Daemonhammer with 4 attacks.

Librarian is able to Shrouding the Stormraven, or in assault is able to Hammerhand/Might of Titans/Quicksilver the squad to make certain they can wound what I assault, and the Brotherhood banner lets them activate their force weapons without having to worry about Perils.

The second half of the Terminator squad, the Vindicare, the 3 Strike Squads, and the two Psyrifleman dreads give the fire support in the way of 14 Psycannon shots, the Vindicare's sniper rifle, and 8 twin-linked Str 8 shots I can send downfield.

As for the Terminator Squad, I agree that Paladins could probably do the assault portion better, but not as cheaply. I know also that missions where I need to come in piecemeal could be a problem, but that's what the Servo Skulls and the Librarian's The Summoning power is for.

Any thoughts? Did I miss anything?

Holy expensive Librarian Batman! Upgrading to ML3 is a bit of a waste since most of those powers can be cast in the same turn without it. You don't need to cast Hammerhand since any unit the Librarian joins can cast it unless you want to activate their force weapons, and it's not worth 50 points to be able to cast Might, Quicksilver and Summoning in the same turn.

Your Terminators are illegal. The Brotherhood Banner replaces your weapon, and so you cannot give that model Nemesis Falchions.

The rest of the list isn't that bad, thought I might consider dropping one of the small Strike Squads to flesh out the other two, which nets you an extra Psycannon and fewer kill points. I would also consider taking the TL Assault Cannon instead of the TL Lascannon on the Stormraven, and give it Psybolt Ammo.

Just my thoughts.

Alright, looking over the list I have two options, based on whether or not I choose to keep the Brotherhood Banner. From what I can tell, I technically gain more attacks with the banner (1 daemonhammer, 1 from the Librarian, and 3 "normal" attacks), but if I drop it I can make the list more shooty. Personally I like them both, but I'm not sure which one is technically more viable.

Option 1: Keeping the Banner

Librarian w/Mastercrafted Nemesis Force Sword, 3 Servo Skulls, Might of Titan, The Summoning, Quicksilver, The Shrouding, Hammerhand

Vindicare Assassin

10x Grey Knight Terminator w/Brotherhood Banner, 3 Falchions, 1 Daemon Hammer, 2 Psycannons, 5 Nemesis Force Swords (broken down below)
Spoiler:
1 Justicar w/Falchions
1 Terminator w/Brotherhood Banner
2 Terminator w/Falchions
1 Terminator w/Daemonhammer
2 Terminator w/Psycannon, Nemesis Force Sword
3 Terminator w/Storm Bolter, Nemesis Force Sword

10xGrey Knight Strike Squad w/2 Psycannon

Rhino w/Hunter Killer Missile

10xGrey Knight Strike Squad w/2 Psycannon

Rhino w/Hunter Killer Missile

Stormraven w/TL Assault Cannon, TL Multi-Melta, Psybolt Ammunition

Dreadnought w/2 TL Autocannon, Psybolt Ammunition

Dreadnought w/2 TL Autocannon, Psybolt Ammunition

This list goes for the same split idea, the GK terminator split so the Falchions, Daemon Hammer, and Brotherhood Banner go into one squad which the Librarian joins and uses the Stormraven for a delivery system. The Vindicare, Psyriflemen dreads, Strike Squads, other half of the Terminators, and Stormraven provide fire support downfield. Hunter Killer Missiles help provide an Alpha Strike capability against vehicle heavy lists.

Option 2: Dropping the Banner

Librarian w/Might of Titan, The Summoning, Quicksilver, The Shrouding, Hammerhand

Ordo Malleus Inquisitor w/Terminator Armor, Psycannon, Daemon Hammer

Vindicare Assassin

10x Grey Knight Terminator w/4 Falchions, 1 Daemon Hammer, 2 Psycannons, 5 Nemesis Force Swords (broken down below)
Spoiler:
1 Justicar w/Falchions
3 Terminator w/Falchions
1 Terminator w/Daemonhammer
2 Terminator w/Psycannon, Nemesis Force Sword
3 Terminator w/Storm Bolter, Nemesis Force Sword

10xGrey Knight Strike Squad w/2 Psycannon

Rhino

10xGrey Knight Strike Squad w/2 Psycannon

Rhino

Stormraven w/TL Lascannon, TL Multi-Melta

Dreadnought w/2 TL Autocannon, Psybolt Ammunition

Dreadnought w/2 TL Autocannon, Psybolt Ammunition

Same deal here, the new Ordo Malleus Inquisitor joins the shooting half of the Terminator squad. This version gives an additional psycannon, Str 7 Assault cannons, and still has a very decent melee component in the Librarian and assaulty terminator. The lack of the Banner makes Tyranids a bit dicier to deal with due to SitW.

I don't think the list is to bad tbh. I think the single Stormraven which costs some points throw in a expensive payload costing about 650 ish is attracting attention and a massive points soak taking up not far from half you army, I guess more thanks to the Librarian included in the unit. Is the Raven, Terminators and Librarian worth half your points? That's the question.

Keep in mind only half the terminators are going in the Stormraven, so it only works out to be about a third of the army cost
