My Space Marine amy ( Shadow Legion ) consist of:

1 chapter master
1 pedro kantor
30 tactical marines
5 assualt marines
5 vanguard vets
5 sternguards vets
5 terminaters
5 scouts with sniper rifles
1 land speeder with assualt cannon
1 dreadnought
1 venerable dreadnought
and 1 rhino

now i'm got all of these units but I need to use them correctly in order to win ( which I have not done only have had two draws )
I'm thinking of using 2x 10 man tactical squads along with 2x 5 combat squads as back reforcements.
the Dreadnought has a multimulta while the venerable has a lasconnon. I use these for long range cover.
I use the Rhino after transporting my units as a Shield.
the land speeder just slows down enemy advances
I use Pedro and the chapter master for their Obital bomberdments ( haha ) and that pedro is one close quater dominater
my Terminaters and Vanguards I all ways have (and never will again) deep striked them and run them in.
the sternguads I hav't used that much and still need to work out how to use them ( advice please )
the assualt marines I use to rush towards objectives along with the Rhino not so far behind.
The snipers just camp on one side of the bourd and knock over enemy units one shell at a time.

But still after all this thinking I have done not a single game has the Shadow Legion Claimed in victory
ether I am not using units right or my older bro is right and that I just suck at stratagy games (exept SupCom2 artill all the way)
Please give your advice on my problem

.1 What point value are you playing at?
.2 What enemy/enemies are you facing?
.3 Are you randomly rolling missions/deployment or are you playing a specific scenario?
