Ok, is it possible to take 3 special weapons (melta, plasma, flamer, etc.) AND a HWT? The IG FAQ states: "Fifth bullet point, 1st sentence should read: Replace two other Veterans with a Veteran Weapons Team armed with one of the following:". I'd like this clarified. From what I understand, the FAQ is referring to two of the three "other" guardsmen that can take special weapons as the two who would form the team (meaning you can only take one special weapon and a HWT), however, Army Builder is letting me take 3 and a HWT. Yes, I know AB has its flaws, and this may be one of them. I already sent a ticket to look into this, but, I got a tourney later on today, and I don't want to show up with an illegal list...

Yes you may, as far as I'm reading it. However, honestly why would you want to? I guess you could throw an autocannon with a bunch of plasma vets but you will be stationary. If you are forced to move at all the bye bye to your heavy weapon. Leaving out the heavy weapon and having a more mobile unit seems better imo.

Well, it works if you're going defensive. Just throw an autocannon or lascannon in there (BS 4 really makes a difference here), and if something gets too close (like a wayward dreadnought), melta the crap out of it.
