Subject: Upcoming GW FAQ?

So I heard a rumor yesterday that there is an FAQ due out soon (or at least this year, I think.) that may include some changes to the ways that fast skimmers work... (I ll leave it at that for now to avoid unnecessary debate.)
Has anyone here heard about this at all?
