Title sums it up, thought I would ask before I went to sleep. Any product that reduces sheen?

Dullcote is what most people use. Comes in spray on or paint on. Spray on is easier as it's an enamel paint, and you'd need mineral spirits to clean your brushes.

Testors Dullcote. You know you've got a matte varnish on your hands when you have to touch up your metallics after spraying them a lot of the time because they now look like normal gray paint.

I use hardware store brand matte spray. It must be applied in very light coats or it will come out glossy. Also, it is not always as completely flat as Dulcote. However if you don't mind a slight satin finish to your figs (I rather like it) it's extremely cheap at 2-3 bucks for a big can and avaialble anywhere spray paint is. It's also a protective layer.
