Oh you mean sifi (siff E) yea thats the dumbest thing Ive ever seen on that channel, and thats saying alot
But Ive known about the zombie fungus for a year or 2 now. Pretty scary, if I were some government guy over looking those scientists work, Id keep a close eye on them.....dont need no GOTDAM zombies running around.

The world of behaviour altering parasites is a pretty interesting and strange one. There are parasites that make ants climb to the top of grass and wait to be eaten by sheep, or make shrimp swim frantically at the top of the water to be picked off by birds. There are ones that make snails do similar, and also cause their zoggabongs to swell and become brightly coloured.
I can't (currently) recall any that manage to alter behaviour in mammals, but I'm sure it exists on some level, even if it's just inducing thirst and so on.
Ain't behavioural ecology wonderful!

Say hello to Toxoplasma gondii, a parasite that makes mice and small mammals suicidal so they are eaten by cats. A large portion of the population is infected with it due to contact with infected housecats.

I hate to say it guys, but somewhere in the Pacific, there are these PufferFish that have venom. This Venom of these PufferFish destroys everything except the Nervous System, turning anyone who is exposed to significant quantities into these brain dead men that feel no pain or exhaustion but, but they still need to eat.
Fortunatly, they aren't developing a ravenous hunger yet, but this has been going on since ancient times, where PoW's were exposed to this to turn them into worker "drones".
