So, browsing Fark, I came across this ridiculous gem. Aside from being a somewhat...peculiarly focused history of the US by a certain American political figure, what more caught my notice was the Space Marine helmet the kid has right at the beginning starting at 6 seconds in.

The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts. |

Blood Angels (it was a red helmet) have time-traveling vehicles! Matt Ward wrote them in, but a printing error left the page out of the codex.
There's even a Furious Charge while firing an Infernus pistol at 0:43. Honestly.

In Boxing matches, you actually get paid to take a dive and make the other guy look good.
In Warhammer 40K, you're expected to pay cash out of your pocket for the privilege of having Marines and IG trample all over your Xenos/Chaos. |

I actually think that's a M.A.S.K. helmet, which would have been available about that time...

Not so sure about that M.A.S.K., the animator must be a 40K fan!
On a side note, the simplification of history depicted in this video is frightening. People actually learn that?

Well, some people want to foist that simplification on kids to further an agenda based on, to them, an idealized and revised view of the past, but lets not get into that here lest my head explode.

I love how the quote "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down that wall" is thrown in and expecting people to understand the significance While simultaneously expecting the kids to realize hes referring to the Berlin wall, when the cold war was never mentioned in the video, Then it expects them to know that Gorbachev was the Soviet Leader at the time, and understand the significance of that quote >_>... Then you get into the whole the Soviet Union had been waning for the past 20 years, and was in the process of breaking down long before Reagan took office... but Reagan got lucky and the Soviet Union collapsed during his term in office, and of course Reagan took all the credit... I won't even get into the hostage crisis in Iran, that whole thing was a sham. Carter negotiated the release of those prisoners, but Reagan bribed the terrorists to not release the prisoners until he took office. Reagan was a huge dick and a glory hog, and I firmly state that he was the worst presidend we've ever had. FAR worse IMHO than Bush...
