ok, so imho @1250 you have WAY to many point wrapped up in MCs especially the tyrant. you may consider dropping the tyrant completely and going with a prime. your stregnth as a bug player lies in numbers. for such a small point list you really will want to outnumber your opponant. and i would also drop the fexes altogether. they are just not very effective. you can get T6 creature 3x cheaper in hive guard and they will exceed your expectations, believe me! I almost ALWAYS get my points worth out of them. Take at least 2 squads of 2. I have a lot more to say about the list but ill leave it at that for you for now.

Tyrant is very expensive and needs a tyrant guard if foot-slogging.

3 warriors is too small a brood and really needs a prime attached to make them work.

AG on termagants not really needed - give them it through a tervigon or don't bother for what is essentially a shooty unit.

CC Carnifex will struggle to ever get into combay without a spore.

You are making no use of the elite slots, possibly the most competitive choices in the whole codex.
