Subject: How would you arm your grey knights?

So I am trying to make a 1250 point Grey Knights army and hope to expand up to 2500. My current problem is trying to decide how to arm my guys. I currently have 10 grey knights and 5 grey knight terminators which I need to arm. I have the following weapons available to arm them all:
6 Halberds
2 Psycannons
10 Nemesis Force Swords
6 Falchion sets
4 Warding Staffs
2 Deamon Hammers
2 Incinerators
I already have:
3 Grey Knights with incinerators
1 Dreadnought (Aobr)
2 Brother Champions (the old justicar units)
2 Inquisitors
1 Culuxes Assassin
1 Vindicare Assassin
2 Rhinos
So I ask how would you arm my 10 troops and 5 terminators to be most useful?

IMO 6 halberds, 2 psycannons, 2 daemon hammers is my opinion. I rarely run swords on anything other than terminators. ++ can help. Falchions are good v horde armies. Psycannons are just good weapons. Warding staves are waste of points.

I'd say max your psycannons first of all. Second, if you are using the knights as strike squads, give them swords and a hammer on the justicar. They really shouldn't be in combat, and you want to keep them cheap. The hammer on the justicar gives you the extra attack with it. On the termies, I'd say give them halberds and one hammer (not on the justicar..he doesn't have any extra attacks and if you lose him to perils, you lose the hammer) if they are not running with a librarian. If you are running with a libby (who should have quicksilver), then falchions if you can afford it, otherwise swords. Also, get a banner in the termies.

I don't think every model should have a halberd - I usually have one model that has a sword - he's the first guy to 'die' when it happens.
Like the guys have said, it depends one what you are trying to do with them....
I like the look of the halberds, you only get three per five, so it makes sense to put them on, and one psycannon followed by a hammer - gives you a good ten man squad! or two balanced fivers.
The other thought process is to have a mix in each squad, and if you are playing a tourn where you may verse 5 different armies, you can select the least beneficial weapon to remove (remove the halberd for low initiative enemies).
I equip my interceptors like this:
Justicar - heavily converted with robes and he's levitating (about to teleport)
2 x falcions, 2 x halberds and 1 x Psilencer - I can then remove which ever isn't going to be usefull when they are in combat.

So what I am thinking of doing is this:
Squad A
Terminators
1 Deamon Hammer
1 Psycannon
3 swords
Squad B Purgation
4 incinerators
1 sword
1 Deamon Hammer
1 Warding staff
Squad C
4 Swords
1 Deamon Hammer
1 psycannon

As far as I have been able to discern, the most efficient armament for each unit type is as follows:
Strike Squads - 2x Psycannons, Justicar w/ Daemon Hammer, 7x Swords
Interceptrors - 2x Psycannons, Justicar w/ Daemon Hammer, 7x Swords
Terminators - 2x Psycannons, Justicar w/ Daemon Hammer, mix of Halberds and Swords (roughly 50/50)
Purifiers - 4x Psycannons, Justicar w/ Daemon Hammer, 5x Halberds
Purgators - Don't bother, these guys are useless. No really, they are the weakest link in the codex. If you want 4x special weapons in a unit, run Purifiers.
Paladins - Depends on number and HQ. Everyone should be differently equipped.
Any way you slice it, the units should all have the maximum number of Psycannons allowable for the size of unit you are fielding, and the Justicar should have a Daemon Hammer. Purifiers should all have Halberds if they are not equipped with one of the other weapons, and Strike Squads/Interceptors should never have additional melee upgrades except on the Justicar. It's more efficient to give them Psybolt Ammo for the points.
In reality, Terminators should never be used competitively unless they are representing Paladins, and standard Strike Squads and Purifiers will by the best purchases for the price.

I think 10 Nemesis Force Swords is the most powerful combination of them

Lostpike, save those Incinerators for Interceptors. You can stick the interceptor backpacks on your metal models - you get Interceptor and normal backpacks in the PAGK boxes so just pull off the ones on your metal models and turn them into interceptors. Incinerators on Interceptors are awesome.
