Lustful Cultist of Slaanesh

So, a box of noise marines only comes with one sonic blaster and one blastmaster? How are you Slaanesh players getting around this without playing almost £14 for a sprue of 5 sonic blasters? I'm looking to equip all of my noise marines with one :/

Are sonic blasters one-handed and able to be used in turn with a close combat weapon too?

Can the champion use a power weapon AND a sonic blaster along with his doom siren backpack?

Many thanks.

Either convert them or buy them, and no, you wouldn't get the 2CCW bonus. And yes, a Champion can use his Power Weapon and Doom Siren in the same turn, but he may not use a Sonic Blaster and Doom Siren in the same turn.

Wrong forum, but nonetheless, yes they come with one of each; just buy the accessory pack on top of a CSM squad; should be cheaper over-all and you only miss out on 3 heads, a back-pack and sword IIRC.

I wouldn't recommend having Noise Marines as the core of your force however; I'd recommend having CSM's (or some other cult troops if you want) form the core as Noise Marines are expensive (points and pounds) and lack anti-tank.

They are always equipped with a BP+CCW so they always gain the +1 attack for 2 CWW's, don't worry about that.

And yes, I think so.

I'd recommend either going all sonic blasters, or no sonic blasters and a doom siren or blastmaster rather than a mix however. And the obligatory rhino.

The way I got mine for my Emperor's Children army was a great deal on ebay involving an army of them. Either check ebay or check out the swap shop and keep an eye out for them.

If you don't want to shell out the cash, you'll have to find a consistent way to convert them. Google Sonic Blaster Conversions and you can find half a dozen of them to pick and choose from.

And I respectfully disagree. Sonic Blasters are hands down the best two-handed gun in the game, save a pulse rifle.

Are they worth the five points? Damn right they are. Assault 2/Heavy 3, yes please. As someone who's played a pure sonic army in 4th edition and as close to an all sonic army in 5th, there is no better mid-range gun.

The sink.

I've seen ebay auctions for tons of them if you want to buy a lot.
