This is a build previously posted by Aldarionn that I am intending to playtest.
Grey Knights - 2000
Draigo
Librarian - Might, Quicksilver, Shrouding, Sanctuary
10 Paladins
-Apothecary, Sword
-Banner, Psycannon
-MC Psycannon, Sword
-Psycannon, Sword
-Psycannon, Hammer
-MC Sword
-Sword
-MC Falchions
-Falchions
-Hammer
6 Terminators - 4 Halberds, 1 Hammer, 1 Psycannon
6 Terminators - 4 Halberds, 1 Hammer, 1 Psycannon
Dreadnought - 2x TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Dreadnought - 2x TL Autocannons, Psybolt Ammo
Total 2,000
I've already PMed Aldarionn and his response was essentially, "I'd playtest it before you purchase anything!"
I've already got 5 Grey Knights, 2 of which I've begun painting a wonderful shade of Scab Red, so I might as well get them on the table. Repping the list isn't so bad.
I think the list is fairly well optimized. Removing the Librarian makes the Paladins too vulnerable to the likes of high strength / low AP shots. I like the dual Dreads as well.
Other than switching up the Pallies wargear, or trying to fit a Vindicare, does anyone have suggestions?

Ahhhhhhhh another 25 below model count paladin army
A fun army to use indeed but not to win alot of games
As much as I hate to see casual lists this is the one that is most appealing to me
Gotta love psychic powers and terminator armor galore especially if they're foot slogging and shrug off anything that hits them
If I had to suggest anything to make this list more fluff it'd be more terminators instead of the Vindicare and dreads
And to make it more scary exchange maybe 6 paladins to make more terminator squads
It confuses your opponent and gives you more options to assault, shoot, obj grab, etc.
and drop some wargear on the paladins they are tooled to the max and is only a juicy silver blob to tank fire

It will definitely look amazing on the tabletop.
If you're on a budget, try to figure out if the army works first before investing. If you just want it? Go to town.

How do you plan on playing the army? Are you running across the board, with the paladins behind the regular terminators using shrouding? Will you be deepstriking? It will help if you tell us how you will use the army.
I have used armies like this before, the lack of mobility will be a problem I think...
also how are you using the army? it looks like yuor paladins are set up for shooting, but you don't have the psybolts on them...
I think you should try play testing it against guard or orks, and then against marines...one horde, one relatively elite army, see how it works against the two. Overall should be interesting list to play with though.

Whether or not the Terminators are used as human shields will come down to terrain. Locally, we cover 25% of the board (with a good mix of blocking LoS). I imagine the Terminators can operate on their own.
Ideally, I'll win first turn and use Scout moves to get into better position ASAP. Depending on who gets first turn (and the mission being played), I could all reserve / deepstrike the army. If my opponent doesn't have Psychic Defense, I may reserve a Termie squad anyway.
I'm hoping that once I can down a few transports, I can get the field of battle focused on a section of the board that favors my army. I'd love to force my opponent into hand-to-hand.
I think the army will perform well in Annihilation and Capture & Control. Seize Ground is an obvious concern.

Heh, my PM pretty much stands. That central unit is a beast on the field, and it can absorb huge numbers of bullets, but you have to play it smart and sometimes no matter what you do your opponents army will just be set up to ruin this list. Imperial Guard can often do it without trying, as can Dark Eldar. Between Lance Spam, Melta Vets and a pile of Ordnance, those two armies have your worst matchups. Against everything else you can pretty much get a kill point lead and hold it, or just sit on an objective and play denial.
Just make sure you test before you invest! It's not for everyone, so best to know that before you buy all those Terminators.

I'm actually most concerned about dual Vindicators with Demonic Possession and 4 Plasma Cannon wielding Devastators. I face those regularly. I know what I'm firing at first!
Here is a picture (courtesy of my iPhone) of the 5 Grey Knights I do own:
As for the actual list itself, I believe I can mitigate a lot of the high strength, low AP shots by allocating them to Draigo. As already pointed out, the biggest concern are squads of Fire Dragons, Trueborn, Vindicators, Plasma Cannons, etc. I face these regularly but I think I can handle them on the field. I'm confident.
I had considered running a Terminator spam army instead of Paladins. However, a Grand Master, 6x5 Terminator Squads with 1 Psycannon each, and 2 Riflemen Dreads ends up 1795 points. That does not seem much more viable than the list above. I do think the 15 extra points per Paladin is worth it (even with paying 75 for the Apothecary upgrade). At least their Psycannons are 5 points cheaper!
I don't believe I would field Paladins in anything less than a full, wound-allocating squad with an Apothecary though. The wound isn't so impressive when you have nothing to help alleviate massed small arms fire and melta/lance equivalent weaponry. I certainly wouldn't run an Apothecary on a 5 or 6 man squad.
