With GK Terminators can you take psycannon and deamon hammer on the same model and can you say put an incinerator on the Justicar?
Thanks

What would make you think that you can't? The two options are not mutually exclusive.
and can you say put an incinerator on the Justicar?
Personally, I would go with yes, as all of the members of a terminator unit are terminators. Some will say no, on the basis that the terminator Justicar is a 'Terminator Justiicar' rather than a 'Terminator' and so can only take options available to the whole unit or to a Terminator Justicar, not to items specifically available to 'Terminators'...
It's a principle that's been debated ad nauseum for similar issues on multiple codexes for years now.

Yes.

Probably not as it does discriminate between terminator and terminator justicar in the stat lines and options section and only 'one terminator' is allowed a incinerator/psilencer/psycannon. But given GWs generally sloppy wording, RAW arguments seem to me to be often based on quicksand.
But you can only have one psycannon/incinerator/psilencer per 5 men. Not one of each. I only mention this as your question (really two questions run as one) implies you might think that the justicar could have an incinerator and another one psycannon/hammer.

The wording for the incinerator/Psycannon is that "one terminator" can take one.
The wording for the Nemesis weapons is "Any Model" may take one.
A there is this difference in wording. I would say that you cannot take the Incinerator/Psycannon on the Justicar. I think that GW made this difference in wording on purpose.

On a semi relevent note it wouldnt be a great idea to put your heavy weapon on the justicar even if you could as your justicar has to take the perils of the warp if you ever incur one which will likely kill him. That would mean your heavy weapon would be gone too which is an unnecessary loss of points...
i would say you couldn't give him the big guns anyway just to be on the safe side if nothing else, at nearly 30 quid for five ( uk) you would be invalidating over a fivers worth of model if it ever got disputed, and it probably would.
*edit*
just saw you are from Australia so the value of the model invalidated would be massive! play it safe my friend!

I would suggest try not to kit your justicar out with too much for this very reason. You would kick yourself if a perils killed him on turn one and he was a 100 point model or something.

Agreed. This interpretation, plus the perils danger that others have mentioned, means no one should be loading up heavy weapons on Justicars.
