Just started playing and I'm doin orks and they are alot of fun (millions upons millions of dice to roll!) but against my now regular opponents who run normal marines with a bunch of mech they sometimes bounce off harmelssly.
What I basically wanna know is this: are the chaos marines a good enough power armour army? I don't like any of the other power armoured things out there but these have alot of really cool models so I might give em a whirl.
Pros and cons as well must have units and similar will be much appreciated.
(My orks will still be expanded upon but I just wanna hear what you guys think of these evil nutters )

Their current codex is considered a travesty by most CSM players.
They can be very strong competitively but they have little in the way of flavour.

Yeah, the codex is pretty bland, but It can be a fun army to play, I'm a big lover of the mass khorne Terminator assault. There are very few things that lil' chestnut can't kill.
