Eldar are interesting as well.

There are still some very strong units in the codex, and the codex has a lot more depth in it than the current Necron or Tau Codex.

there are 3 main builds for Eldar

Full Mechdar,
Full Footdar / Wraithwall
Saim Hann / Speed Hybrid (jetbikes + tanks + sometimes warp spiders)

Eldar cc is not the greatest by today's (albiet ridiculous) standards, but it does exist and we can still do some cool things in all phases of the game.
