So I was playing a game against a blood angels list who reserved his w stormravens. When they came on they boosted 24 and then fired all 4 of their missiles putting large dents into 2 squads with no retaliation. Now you can choose how many to fire per round so it seems to me these would be different weapons. Can you boost on and fire 4 of these, seems like a cheezy way around the one weapon rule for PotMS.

They are four separate weapons, not one weapon with four shots.

YOu have 4, one shot weapons. To say otherwise entirely ignores how weapons are notated in 40k.
