OF Stupid pointless threads. To break from that...
This thread will about the general 40k players and how they feel about the 40k universe and its position right now. (Using dates and times.)
I am dreadfully confused is the Black Crusade over? And I am also confused is Gazghul on the run? The Dates and times of the Imperium are so confusing it has literally made my mind go

Other than that. I usually have noticed that books that come out does that mean the timeline is moving out?
Like the blood raven stories or the ultramarines Omnibus?

LOL, yep hes got it right, plus if they moved it forward they would have to eventually kill the big E which would make the destruction of their poster boys (ultramarines) imminent.

The WH40K universe has come to stasis, as the end of the millenium has been reached, they can go further without changing the title, and GW are lazy gaks who don't want to move any of their stories forward (missing Primarchs, M.I.A. primarchs, star child, Ynnead etc.)

Afaik, the characters living the furthest in the future are Amberley Vail and company (including Ciaphas Cain, presumably).
The "present" is around the end of M41 or early M42. The last major event to occur is the Fall of Medusa V, in 006 M42.

Ynnead is a god the Eldar are trying to build/grow using their own souls in hope that he will kill Slaanesh so they can be reborn as demigods.
