Well, I used an unnamed red cobblestone because it was close. I didn't yet have flight and hadn't discovered a Badlands biome yet full of delicious clay to make the better-looking bricks

The main problem I see with me an minecraft is, I never got along quite good with game editors... Somehow the need to try them out wad always there , but somehow once I played with them my inspiration evaporated as soon as I started...sounds weird, eh?
And I think I need to ask him which version he plays...thx nafarius Automatically Appended Next Post: Oh...it has been so long ago since we saw some hobby related work here that I can't tell if Dave just dishes out an old pic to us to keep our gobs shut...

there sure is! in multiple scales actually!
http://www.plastruct.com/picat/PLAIN_PATTRND_SHTS_9.pdf
scroll down to the patterned sheets section.
Other companies make similar sheets too.
This is Plastruct O scale, you could also use 1/4" dollhouse scale if you can find it. HO would probably be too small, unless you wanted the cobble that small

That reminds me...
I need a good 4' of properly scaled for 40K/Infinity chain link fencing with barbed wire topping...
...any idea on where I could find that?
Is there a 'correct' train scale size I should be looking for?
Thanks!

i actually dopn´t know if it is brittle... as i haven´t found a use for it... but i am a horder so i kept it snug on my shelf for one future day use...the magic spark didn´t happen yet thus i can´t really tell what it would be handy for... Your best bet is to use Aluminum mesh for chain link fencing, but if you want to buy it, look at this
http://www.modeltrainstuff.com/Miller-Engineering-O-48985-10-High-Chain-Link-Fen-p/mil-48985.htm
When using Train stuff, always go with O scale. If in doubt, take one of your minis to a train/hobby store and compare them to an O scale figure. You can sometimes use different scales depending on what look you're going for, but you have to watch out for scalebusters. Bricks and blocks are different sizes in real life, so they can be adapted, but watch out for fixtures and things that just look wrong.
I'd highly recommend ordering a Plastruct catalog. I think it costs $5 or $10, but it's totally worth it
It's your scratchbuilding bible
It also gives you real measurements for planning purposes

Vik, you'll notice the brittleness when you first try to cut it. Shouldn't be a problem if you add rubble, grass, etc. to it.

Oh wow thanks Dave, I knew you would be the right one to ask. I have some of the tile from plasticard right now, but I ordered some new circle orboros, and want to model them like the worgen from WoW and have a cobble street ghost town of wolves. I will definitely take a look at and maybe print out that catalog, also I may even need some of those chain link fences. But how do I order from this catalog?
