Your list is severely low on AT and you have no transportation for your HQ.
This is a very fluffy list though except for the FAQ that you squad should have a size of 9!

If you want a more competitive list, I would suggest taking a Chaos Lord of Tzeench with a daemon weapon. Most people seen to prefer Daemon Prince but I had little success with him. The lord can ride in a rhino and shoot D6 shots from the hatch.
I would drop the Dreadnought, especially with plasma cannon since there's a chance he will blow up your rhino and Tzeench knows your Sons need them.

Drop your TS squad to 9 and take as many obliterator as you can fit (I use Chaos Sorcerer as model for them). It's sad but they're a must (in fact your only reliable way to deal with AT).
I also like to run a squad of Chaos Space Marine with 2 melta if I expect heavy armor.
