I thought this list might be good agains the Chaos player im regurly meeting because he doesnt want to charge my night goblins so he will be poundered by all my artillery untill he charges and all the impact hits from chariots will do a helluva damage

The plan is good.
Fanatics to block/slow charges, and warmachines and magic to soften him up.

What I learned was, deploy the warmachines up front, with fanatics behind. You can throw between, around or threw warmachines without doing much damage to anything. This gives you the best LoS, and uses dirt cheap spear chukkas to take the first charge.

In larger games, I'd make sure I had 2 of each: doom divers, rock lobbers and mangler squigs.
That will dish out the beatings quite well.
I also ran a few smaller units of savages as flanking support once the enemy had made it through the warmachines, magic and fanatics.

I would knock down the number of NG's in the 2 hordes.
I think 100 is an overkil and makes an unwieldy unit. I can't see a block of 100 doing anything that a block of 60 couldnt do just as well.
maybe create a few units of gobbo archers to supplement the warmachines or a unit of Savage Big Un's, with Add H/W and the Shaman, ready to jump on the flank once a unit does engage your gobbo's.

An intersesting idea. The list is illegal tho. Niblet is the BSB so you need to drop the NG BSB.

I would consider some Mangler Squigs and some bating units such as wolf riders.

The reason i have the head is because my original plan included savage orcs, but i couldn't squeeze them in Oh and i forgot about Niblit

This would be the 8th edition version of my O&G gunline.
Level 4 great orc shaman.
Orc warboss, general.
Orc BSB.
Level 2 orc shaman, boar
3x50 night goblins, standard, musician, nets, shortbows with fantics x3.
2x5 wolf riders, shields, spears, musician
2x2 wolf chariots
13 black orcs, standard, musician, banner of discipline
14 black orcs, standard and musician
10 boar boys, spears, shields, musician, standard (re-roll 1 LD test banner)
6 spear chukkas
2 doom divers
2 rock lobbers
2 mangler squigs
Orc characters go into the black orcs so that I don't have squabble issues with the general, BSB or level 4.
Level 2 goes with the boar boys and flanks, most likely splitting off on his own once he feels safe.
Wolf riders vanguard to hunt warmachines.
Fanatics help protect warmachines, and the 5 infantry blocks deploy behind the machines, to deal with the enemy that makes it through the missile barrage.

This tactic worked very well for me; except against:
1) Multiple comets.
2) winds of undeath.
