This is what i'm working on: i'm planning to add quad-barrel Lascannons and even moar dakka, while keeping a cool design.

That's an absurd number of guns. Love it

I'm guessing/hoping the turret will get the same weathering treatment as the rest of the tank once you're done with the modelling? The rest of it looks pretty spot-on.

Also, does this thing still have some transport capacity, or are the frag launchers just on there for the giggles?

Yes, both turret and hull will recive a better paintjob, as i said it's a work in progress

For the houserules i'm going to remove the transport ability and add some armor bonuses like the one on the necron monolith, in addtion it will have the "Fury of the Machine Spirit" (3 additional guns fired/targets) and morale bonus/mauls to friendly and enemy units

Is it gonna have rear guns? Seems like you could fit a few extra back there.

Ok so clearly you dont have enough dakka. Im not seeing any hunter killer (read: death strike) missiles anywhere and that thing your using is one sorry excuse for a battle cannon. Look how stubby it is! It needs a souped up engine as well, something to make an ork mek blush.

Also if its not to much of a hassle can you get an upclose shot of the tank commander for me?

I recognize that turret...I used that toy tank for a few conversions of my own. Very nice conversion. What can you use this as?

Yes, the turret is from an old abrams toy, i used that because the predator turrets were too small and i replaced the vanilla cannon with a Leman-Russ battle cannon. As for the rules this Land Raider will basically count as a Terminus Ultra on steroids.
