My friend had bought a bio titan for his b day and he wanted to use it for the first time
my space marines with 1250 of points
and his bio titan of 1250 points (it has 10 wounds and it has regeneration)


he had the first turn and moved forward and then ran
i used every thing to shoot at it, my land radar, my predator with full las, my tactical with las and my dreadnought with it's las
the bio titan took 3 wounds
(by the end of the turn i made sure that the bio titan was out of range to assault me)

his turn he moved and immobilized my land radar and gained back 2 wounds

my turn i dropped down a dreadnought with a drop-pod and a tactical squad just out of the titan's reach
i shot with everything like before and my other tactical squad and then assaulted with my two dreadnoughts.
one got immobilized and with every attack with the shooting and assaulting i got 5 wounds


3 turns pass and he had destroyed both dreadnoughts, immobilized my predator and my took two weapons of the land radar
i gave it 5 more wounds and it had taken back 4 others


4 turns after and i had lost everything except for a tactical squad that dropped down at the start and he had 1 wound left for me to kill him
i shot and missed he moved and then ran it and took 1 wound back
i shot and hit and took a wound off (now has 1)
he ran and next turn he will be able to assault me
then my last squad was being assaulted
9 men died my sergeant was still alive
with a power fist i finished his bio titan off

Wow that is actually pretty awesome, I love that it really come down to the wire. I figured the Titan would wipe out everything!

Add something to the model, maybe on the base, to reflect his heroic actions. Literally a last-man-standing scenario.

Uhh, this really happened? How did you get so many wounds!? It's toughess 9! Even lascannons have a hard time wounding it, let alone a powerfist! And it regenerated a total of 6(!) wounds! You know it only regenerates on a six right?

None the less, it sounds like the ultimate heroic intervention from that mere sergeant! I say promote the fella!

I'm highly skeptical you could have taken out the bio-titan with just 1250pts of marines. What exactly was your army list? That thing can move 12", fire 2 guns (each with 8x S10 shots) at 2 different targets and then assault a 3rd completely different target if in range. He should've disabled any tank that he shot at, including your land raider.

The guy obviously didnt know the rules of the titan lol.

either that or the dice gods said "NO DEAL"

sometimes that happens, like when over the course of 5 turns 3 necron warriors glanced my land raider to death without taking a wound from the lascannons heavy bolter or havok *facepalm*

Sounds like a fun gaming experience have fun battling that titan again
