I have been searching Dakka for advice on what the best paint brushes for minitures are, and have repeatedly come across series 7 brushes being suggested.
My question is:
Where can I get these brushes from?
Are there any better alternitives?

Thanks RaptorsTallon

They are some good brushes, pretty expensive, I had to get mine through a local art shop...Lately I have been using the Windsor & Newton "Artists' Water Color Sable. They are a decent brush, about half the cost. Again, probably pick them up at a art store.

Most proper art shops in the UK have them, including pretty much all hobbycraft stores.

IMHO, for size 2 and below, there are no better alternatives if you are willing to spend the cash.

yep defo confirm hobbycraft stock them...bought some the other week from the one down the road from us ...far better than the GW brushes, seem to hold more paint and keep their point much better even with thinner paints
