It is an interesting list. I think it has potential as well.

You troops units are fragile, but the transports are not.


Coteaz can protect your firebase form assaults, and the Purifers work as a counter assault.


Maybe you could take a Storm Raven and then have the FOC to run 3x Dreads?


The storm raven can just stay in reserves until you need the counter assault.

well most of the time coteaz will be riding with the purifiers for added hammerhand.

Coteaz is not really a Combat Character

He is T3 with a 2+ save. He has no INV save however. One Relic blade attack and he is gone...

Also, he strikes at INT 1 with his hammer. Not really the best thing either.


Santuary is a really great spell for shooting units. It prevents assaults, it makes people without grenades strike last, it kills people with dangerous terrain, and it has a 12" bubble of effect as well.


There is currently a debate on whether Hammerhand stacks when it is cast twice. There was BIG YMDC thread about it and I am not sure how it turned out.

This style of list is outclassed by Melta Vets. It's essentially trying to be an Imperial Guard list but with fewer models in the Chimeras, and while you can get more meltaguns per capita in a Henchmen Warband, it's more effective to just run Guard for all of the rest of their weapons.

I don't think this style is going to be effective in competitive play, but YMMV.

I'm starting to feel contempt for spam lists. What's the fun of playing with or against that?
