Deadly Tomb Guard
In ur gaem, killin ur doodz.

I just wanna see if I'm reading this right.
Let's say 2 wounds get allocated on to a king. The tomb herald moves to intercept one wound. A one is rolled on the d6 to attempt to intercept the wound. Since the wording for the tomb herald is "no more than one wound may be re-allocated in each phase" since the first wound wasn't re-allocated, the Tomb Kings player may attempt to re-allocate the second wound? So on and so forth until he intercepts on a 2+?

The wound was allocated on him, he just failed to take it for his king, and such you cannot allocate another wound on the herald.

No, that is incorrect. The rule states:"On a 1, the Wound is resolved as normal, but on a 2+ the Wound is intercepted, an re-allocated to the Tomb Herald. No more than one Wound can be re-allocated to each Tomb Herald in each phase."
Unless you roll a 2+, the wound isn't re-allocated to the Herald, so if you roll a 1 on the first, you can try again on the second, and repeat the process if you continue to fail.

With Davall on this one. Rules quotes for the win?

“It was in lands of the Chi-An where she finally ran him to ground. There she kissed him deeply as he lay dying, and so stole from him his last, agonized breath.
On a delicate chain at her throat, she keeps it with her to this day.”

The rule states:"On a 1, the Wound is resolved as normal, but on a 2+ the Wound is intercepted, an re-allocated to the Tomb Herald. No more than one Wound can be re-allocated to each Tomb Herald in each phase."
This also means that a "Look out sir" can be taken in combination with the Intercept. Look out sir focuses on the hit, whereas intercept mentions resolving the actual wound. Unless I am mistaken, a Tomb King hit by a cannonball could take a "Look out sir" to see if he passes the hit onto another model. If that fails, the Herald could then intercept the wound from the cannonball.

How does this interact with attacks that do multiple wounds, since wounds only occur after rolling to wound and saves?
To make it as messy as possible, explain how to resolve this:
King armed with a charmed shield, in a unit of skeletons, with herald.
A cannon bounces though the king, and he fails the look out roll.
What happens next?

He has taken a hit. So he may attempt to avoid it using the charmed shield, assuming it is the *first* hit he has taken. If this also fails, roll to wound. If he is wounded, the herald may attempt to intercept. If the herald fails to intercept, take any applicable armor or ward saves. If these are failed, multiply the wounds by the relevant number for this particular cannon.
That's how I'd play it out.

I think Zeke has it dead on.
Multiple wounds only apply after all applicable saves, and "Look out sir", the charmed shield, and the intercept are all resolved before determining the saves on the Tomb King. I'd have to say this totally rocks for Tomb Kings. They might be the hardest characters to snipe out with war machines.

Does the look out take place before or after the charmed shield?
