I loved it! i have never seen any fluff from a necron point of view, BUT some people will not like this as it displays the necron lord as having emotion. people often consider necrons as heartless beings so be prepaired from critisism.

It's funny how Necrons are supposed to HATE the living but are not supposed to be able to experience EMOTIONS. Irony I guess.

Ariel: He will do what he must when the time comes.
Raziel: By choosing his own death? A sacrifice for the world? You don't know Kain very well.

Yeah well I always assumed the C'Tan hated the living and the Necrons just followed their will soullessly and mindlessly. The Lords can think for themselves, but their drive is still only what the C'Tan will them to do. The warriors couldn't think for themselves at all, shambling around at the orders of the Lord or C'Tan.

In the words of the late, great Colonel Sanders: "I'm too drunk to taste this chicken."

Being a bringer of death with my Necron forces I liked the story from a Necron view, its not that all of them are emotionless they just choose not to show it.
Bring on the rest of the battle story.
