You'll notice in the scenario I posited, that he had already rolled his fleet roll and wasn't close enough to assault because, and I quote the great wordsmith himself "...caught you out in the open.".
Since there was no mention of said Dark Angels engaged in melee in anyone's turn they were free to fire in my shooting phase, demolishing the genestealer brood.
So as far as "try again" is concerned, I reply: "No U"...but actually try this time will you, your lack of effort is hurting my tender feelings. 85pts plus transport.
