What does everyone do for Combi weapons for SM terminators? Does GW actually make them? I've seen them for vanilla marines, but nothing for termies. If they don't make them, what do people do in a tournament that has the 'What you see is what you get' format. Do you just label the base and say 'Combi Melta'?

Stick a plasma pistol on the side? Not sure.
You could use csm combi weapons and remove the chaos stuff.

The only SM terminator capable of using combi-weapons (apart from HQ choices) are SW and CSM terminators.
Most people convert their own or grab 3rd party stuff...

Black Templars Terminator Command Squad Sergeants can. Technically an HQ choice, but probably not the kind you were thinking of.
