3 mono scythe and 1 necrotoxin if you like firing all 4 in one load, that way you also force a pinning test most likely. If you like to do two volleys of two missiles I would take two necrotoxin and two mono scythe.
Shatter field missiles I consider situational. They are strength 7 as opposed to 6 for the mo scythe missiles, which in most cases means no change in what you need to roll to wound. They can threaten armor with a higher chance to get an effect but being - ap they can only cause glances I believe. In order to get the maximum effect from these missiles you need to have a specific army load out, ie shock prows on lots of raiders. That way you can tank shock enemy units to bunch up then drop the shatter field missile on them, you want to be able to hit as many models as possible to capitalize on the rerollable to wound roll. Since you only have a 1 in 6 chance of not wounding unless you are causing a lot of possible wounds there is no point in needing a reroll . Being that shatter field missiles are ap - you need to be hitting like 12 models minimum per missile to make them worthwhile.
Honestly I think shatter field missiles are only worthwhile when fighting blob horde armies. The rerollable wound is usually oft by the fact you traded an ap 5 weapon for one that allows saves.
