Hey there, as the title says. What books should i get for a Angmar/Moria themed army.
I know i need to get the Main rule book

I had a look on army builder and came up with this:

The tainted 120
Gulavhar 200

Barrow-Wight 50
Barrow-Wight 50
Wild Warg Chieftain 75

6 Wild Wargs 48
2 Spectre 30
2 Spectre 30
8 Orc warriors with hand weapon, armour and shield 48
8 Orc warriors with Armour and shield 48

Not sure if its any good, so any hits and tips would be great.

No one plays LOTR nowadays? or it's just such an awsome list that no one wants to go near it cos they may die

I do not play Agmar, but I would get more Orcs and maybe some more wargs. Maybe some trolls?

Get the Ruin of Arnor book if you're going for Angmar, and Khazadum if you're going for Moria. Also get LoME.

Personally , I would move in the direction of goblins. The dwellers below would seem ideal. It has basic goblins, goblin captains, cave trolls, wargs, spiders and the like. You could do a dwellers below army with angmar as allies. If you chose this, the khazad dum sourcebook would be ideal. And people are too scared to go near lotr, unless they're awesome... like me!

Is the moria component of your list the Wargs? You're missing out by not including a couple of goblins and some of the deliciously cheap goblin heroes. The Goblin King character always did really well for me in games- no one expects the Mighty Goblin!

i may have to do Moria with Angmar as allies, Dwellers below looks good. Only things i really like in the Angmar list are Gulvhar and the barrow wights.
