First off, you want a Battle Standard Bearer (
BSB), and he's likely going to be that exalted hero. Drop his additional hand weapon (ahw), as it does nothing if he has a magic weapon, and consider dropping his magic weapon too, as you want defense - which means either a lot of armor (with dawnstone to reroll) or a heavy ward. Most
BSB have Mark of Tzeentch (
MoT) + talisman of endurance (5+ ward), and often a halberd, but really as long as he has gear to stay alive you're good.
Next, Book of Ashur is kind of a waste of points, just super expensive for what you get. Once again, what you want is survival gear, which with a lord caster is going to be a ward. Talisman of preservation (4+ ward) is boring but gets the job done. Next, you should pick up a more useful and much better priced arcane item: infernal puppet, dispel scroll, power familiar, spell familiar (in that order!) are all worth the price, though of course there are other things to mess with.
While there's nothing wrong with your giant warrior blocks, they are more or less larger then they need to be, particularly @ 2000 points. If you like that many, so be it (run them at least 6 wide, if not wider), but you'll find that fantasy is more fun when you have more units, especially some tactical (i.e. fast, expendable, cheap) units to maneuver around and mess with the other guy. Here, you basically are going to run forward, charge or receive the charge, and grind for the win. Not terrible, but ... You might consider some marks to specialize your troops.
MoT is the go to for shield warriors (makes their 6+ parry into a 5+ parry, and gives an incredibly cheap 6+ ward vs all else), but you might consider giving one unit halberds and MoKhorne (or
MoT + banner of rage) to shred some face.
Basically, there are a LOT of other options in the chaos book that you're missing out on here by going hyper-elite. Another thought, you could take those 60 warriors in 3x 20 blocks, giving more flexibility and a wider battleline.
The knights ... are going to prove tough to get to work well, but the huge knight bus has potential. Here I wouldn't necessarily suggest splitting them up, but I would suggest dropping the champ (20 points poorly spent) and thinking about getting
MoT on them to make them even tougher. I don't mean to suggest that you make your army Tzeentch like 90% of
WoC armies out there, but it does have certain in game advantages

If you have other preferences in divinity then please feel free, modeling / fluff >
raw effectiveness to me.
Warriors are pretty damn uber vs most all things, but how are you planning on dealing with war machines? Keep the knights pushing until they carve their way into them?
WoC doesn't have a lot of options, but it's something to keep in mind.
